I would write in the invitation “You have been cordially invited to an adults only baby shower,please do not bring children due to some adult content” it might be a lie about the adult content but it is the only thing that I could think of so this way it didnt sound rude

Gee its a “baby” shower we know at least one baby is going to be there. You can say No kids but that might mean fewer attendees as many Moms dont have someone to care for their children. My own opinion is that I just wouldnt come to a baby shower that says no kids.

You are invited to my babyshower and it would be appreciated if you found babysitter for your little ones. No rudeness intended, but there will not be anything to entertain them. Please be understanding. I would love for you to attend and have a good time as we celebrate the appending birth of my Boy/Girl. Thank you! \

Something like adults only. Or maybe let’s all have a relaxing day without the kids to celebrate the future birth of a child. I would like a nice relaxing day with my friends without any chillens to look after, who wouldn’t?!

I’d just say adults only. I’d also hire a babysitter just in case someone decides they don’t want to follow your rules.
