Im pretty sure you are going to get alot of comments on here, from people who think you shouldnt be having one for your third child, but dont listen to them!
I say in todays world, its perfectly ok!
maybe ask a friend or sister or aunt to help them out, instead of you helping them out, so its not seen as you asking for gifts.
but yeah, i think its a totally cute idea, and you should totally let them go for it!
I think it is a great way to help the siblings feel involved! For the invitations you could say something along the lines of ” We are very excited to welcome our new sibling (or if you know the gender brother/sister) into our family! Please help us celebrate by attending a baby shower with us!” then just the usual information…Good luck and it sounds like you have wonderful children. Congrats on the baby

something along the lines of “(name) and (name) would like to invite you to a party in honour of “name of bump”, due to arrive in this world “…”..”
or something Big Brother (the reality show, not the Orwell novel..) with a little time line “Week 12 in the big sister house…Mummy says that *bump* has a little heartbeat now…we have painted his or hers room and cant wait to see them…”
things like that…i hope everything goes well for you!
