I live farther north, in s.e. WI, but I’m wearing a summer dress to a wedding in 2 weeks.
Between you & me, it will be gorgeous!
I think it would be fun to have it outdoors and I wouldn’t think it would be too cold, yet, even in Indiana! You could always wear a sweater if it is chilly!
It will be fine so I wouldn’t worry. Your guests will enjoy a nice day outside (so will you) before the cold days come…and the photos will be amazing (outdoor photographs are always better!).
Another great idea is to have an outdoor venue. A garden or park would be a practical choice. They are budget-friendly, refreshing and relaxing. Just make sure you time the shower during the sunny seasons, or else, your party might get rained out.
